WealthScore (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your personal and financial information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using WealthScore, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: Your email address, collected at signup and used to identify your account.
• Financial data: Asset and liability information you voluntarily enter (names, types, and values). We do not connect to or access your bank accounts directly.
• Score data: Computed WealthScore records and breakdowns derived from your entered financial data.
• Usage data: Standard server logs including page views, timestamps, and error events. No personally identifiable browsing profiles are built.
• Payment data: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment credentials on our servers.

• To compute your WealthScore and provide personalised financial insights
• To maintain your score history and track changes over time
• To provide AI Advisor guidance based on your financial profile
• To send you weekly wealth brief emails (you may unsubscribe at any time)
• To process your subscription payment through Stripe
• To improve the accuracy and quality of our scoring models
• To comply with applicable laws and prevent fraud

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

WealthScore relies on trusted third-party services to operate:

• Supabase: Authentication and session management. Your authentication data is stored in Supabase-managed infrastructure.Supabase Privacy Policy
• OpenAI: Powers the AI Advisor feature. When you use the AI Advisor, your financial summary may be sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI does not use this data to train its models per our API agreement.OpenAI Privacy Policy

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on infrastructure within the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level access controls, and hashed credentials. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and financial records are permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated score data may be retained for research and model improvement purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability: Request your financial data exported in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to processing of your data in certain circumstances

WealthScore uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email.
