Terms of Service

By accessing or using WealthScore (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WealthScore.

WealthScore is a financial intelligence platform that allows users to track assets and liabilities, compute a personal WealthScore, and receive AI-generated financial guidance. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Important: WealthScore is not a licensed financial advisor, investment advisor, or fiduciary. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.

WealthScore offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly: $29.00 per month, billed monthly
• Annual: $249.00 per year, billed annually (approximately 28% savings)

A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. No payment information is required to start a free trial. After the trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You authorise us to charge your payment method on record for each renewal unless you cancel your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period -- you retain access to the Service until that date.

Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Annual subscriptions cancelled after 30 days are not eligible for a prorated refund.

To request a refund, contact support@wealth-score.app within the eligible refund window.

You agree not to use WealthScore to:

• Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent financial information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Circumvent any technical limitations or access controls
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter. We are not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate data.

All content, features, and functionality of WealthScore -- including but not limited to the scoring algorithm, AI models, interface design, and branding -- are owned by WealthScore and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the WealthScore algorithm will produce accurate assessments of your financial health.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
